
Rain certainly didn’t stop us getting out for a walk today. We managed to still visit Byland and then drove upto Sutton Bank to check out the views through the mist and rain.

This Bench is a memorial to the crew of Halifax JD105 which crashed on the hill top on night of 4/5 May 1943 killing 5 of the 8 man crew.
